QuickBooks Online · In your browser

Use your assistant to prepare the bookkeeping. Use the Zeno console to see what needs attention, check the evidence, and approve the proposed entries.

New to the workspace?

Set up your first company: create a workspace, connect your AI assistant, then authorize QuickBooks Online. If your firm already uses Zeno, ask its owner to invite you with the right role and client access.

Pick up the work

Code a bank or card statement

Import transactions, check for entries already in the books, and prepare the rest for review.

Process bills and receipts

Upload or forward documents, assign the company, and prepare a plan from the evidence.

Review an expense claim

Check the receipt and business purpose, then approve the claim or send it back.

Review a posting plan

Check proposed entries, hold back lines that need work, and verify what posted.

Import a spreadsheet

Map the columns and review the proposed batch before it reaches QuickBooks.

Get an answer from a client

Record the question and track the answer with the work it belongs to.

Find what needs attention

Start on Today for work across the firm. Open a client to check its connection and sync status. For repeat jobs, set up recurring work and choose the notifications you need.

Know where the records live

QuickBooks remains the accounting record for transactions, balances, and reports. Zeno stores documents, proposed plans, review decisions, coding rules, and the history of its work. Its synced copies help the assistant search the books; check connection freshness when an answer appears out of date. To use Claude, ChatGPT, or another client with this workspace, connect your AI assistant. Working with a company file on Windows? Use the QuickBooks Desktop guide.
