If your work starts in a conversation with source files, client instructions and questions, Zeno gives that assistant a way to prepare supported QuickBooks work. The console keeps the review and history available after the conversation ends.
Start with a concrete job
Prepare invoices from estimates. Recode a selected set of checks. Match and attach supporting documents in Online. Prepare a Desktop inventory or time batch. Read the plan, its limits and its warnings before it runs.
Common questions
Does QuickBooks already have human review?
Yes. Intuit documents ready-to-post review and specified automatic posting workflows. Zeno’s case rests on its chosen-assistant workflow and retained batch plan, not on claiming that review exists only here.
Does QuickBooks have firm-wide policies?
Yes. Intuit documents accounting policy templates in Accountant Suite Accelerate and cross-client insights in Accountant Suite. Availability depends on the plan.
Can I close the built-in assistant?
Intuit documents closing the companion view and asking it to stop opening automatically. That is different from disabling every underlying AI feature. Check the current settings for the workflow you use.
Must I choose only one?
No. You can use QuickBooks features and connect your own assistant to Zeno. Decide which workflow will prepare and post a given job, and check for duplicates before running it elsewhere.
